What is the status of my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot personally answer questions about the status of your order. If you'd like to track your order, please enter your email address or order number in the "My Account" menu at the top of the page. Don't forget to click the arrow button!
When will my order be shipped?
On our product pages you can find information on the product availability and, in the case of custom-made products, on the "Ready to Ship" date. The "Ready to Ship" date is also shown on the order confirmation sent to you by email. For an overview of our international delivery times, please check our Shipping Options.
Can I cancel my order?
According to our Terms of Sale, we do not accept cancellations later than 24 hours after your order is placed. Products that are subject to custom manufacturing cannot be canceled at any time.
Can I return my order?
According to our Return Policy, we do not accept returns or exchanges of products that are non-defective, conforming to our specifications and conforming to your order. Your return will also be rejected if the product was returned in a condition that we deem unacceptable for resale.
What strap model will fit my watch?
We cannot answer any questions about your personal watch. Please use the Advanced Search to find out which watch bands are known to be compatible with some of the most popular watch brands. Alternatively, you may also contact your watchmaker or jeweler.
What strap size will fit my watch?
Please use the Advanced Search. Product filters enable you to determine watch bands that meet specific parameters such as the lug width, length and special features. Make sure to also verify the size charts on the respective product pages.

How to adjust a metal watch bracelet?
Most of our metal bracelets can be shortened easily by punching out the link pins. Some models however, require some experience to be properly adjusted. In this case, we recommend you to take both your watch and bracelet to a professional jeweler.
Can I pickup the merchandise in your store?
We do not offer products for in-store pickup. Our products can only be purchased through our website.
